SPARE PARTS
We offer spare parts for glass- and PET bottling lines of many different brands at attractive conditions. These parts are at least of same quality like the parts provided by the machine manufacturers. We also supply modified parts to either reduce energy, air or water consumption, or parts which have a much longer life time compared to the parts from the machine manufacturer.

MACHINES AND COMPLETE LINES
We supply machines and complete plants for the beverages and liquid food industries worldwide starting with water treatment plants and preform injection moulding machines via PET stretch blow moulding machines, PET bottle handling, product processing, mixing, pasteurizing, labeling up to final packing and palletizing.
We of course also supply single machines. Worldwide references underline the quality standards of our machines and plants.
In close cooperation with the machine manufacturer we offer for PET bottles all kinds of handling equipment like air conveyors , bottle silos, unscramblers, orientators, vacuum conveyors, bulk conveyors, leak control units, etc. In addition we also design and supply complete full bottle conveyors for glass or PET bottles, tray conveyors, case conveyors as well as pallet conveyors.
Especially in Germany we have many references, starting with miniature bottle (5 ml ) unscramblers and air conveyors up to high speed lines with optimized efficiency, professional accumulation and buffers.
USED MACHINES
We offer second hand machines either in “as-is” condition or overhauled rsp. reengineered.
A reengineered machine has been completely disassembled, all parts and components are being cleaned, defect or worn-out parts are being replaced by new parts and complete electric, electronic and pneumatic components are being renewed according to latest technology.
Usually we install new S7 controls and do the programming by our experienced engineers who understand the machines and the necessary settings. New 3-phase drives and frequency controls and new operation desks with touch screens complete the machines which could then be compared with new machines.
We can provide complete lines in 2nd hand condition same as PET blow moulders and filtration plants.
Our experienced engineers are available for installation and commissioning worldwide.
SERVICE AT SITE
We have specialists for many different brands who are available for overhauls, modifications, inspections and efficiency optimizations.
